As always no complaints about the food. The chicken salad sandwich was huge. In between the 2 slices of a cranberry loaf bread was a generous serving of the chicken salad along with, what I thought, your daily recommended intake of vegetables. My first thought was "Half of this is going home." The sandwich was so tasty that I finished the whole thing.
There is seating inside and outside. The outside seating doesn't allow dogs. The inside seating area has space between tables so you don't feel like you are sitting on someone's else's lap. It can get crowded and the noise level raises and falls depending on how many customers are waiting for their orders. When customers are eating the noise level falls.
The display of their bake goods is beautiful. Gluten free options are available on both the menu and in the bakery, and according to the 3 people in our party, very tasty.
Frida's is a great place for food and bake goods.

I have come in for lunch multiple times and it's always been a great experience.
The staff is always very friendly and cheerful and the food is always excellent.
This last visit was at peak lunch time rush and the place was very busy and yet the staff was still just as friendly and efficient as they have always been.
I got the portabella panini and it was really tasty and made for a great leftover lunch the next day. My wife also really enjoyed her gumbo and her sandwich.
Thank you for a great meal and experience. We will definitely be back!

Do not pass go, do not collect $200, go straight to Frida’s! Such a delicious breakfast at an amazing price. You will not leave hungry and the service is delightful. Beautiful breakfast pastries and desserts at fair prices. Clean and tidy. Just go!

The staff was very pleasant and friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I couldn’t make up my mind what I wanted to get after I came in. Decided on a Panini breakfast with bacon and chai tea. of course I got bakery items. My love brother loves chocolate croissants.

I was browsing local facebook groups for recommendations for desserts, we usually do the big store bought cakes and are tired of the same stuff that’s just okay. This place was recommended a few times and so we ordered a cheesecake and a torte and were floored. Not only was the presentation just perfectly beautiful but the taste was absolutely amazing. We’ve lived in the area for years and can’t believe we had missed out on this place. We recommend 💯 delicious not overly sweet, moist, tasty and beautiful desserts.

My first visit here but have been wanting to get the chance to go! Enjoyed a delicious huge cinnamon roll and iced coffee! Lady at counter was friendly, efficient, and helpful. I enjoyed the mild weather outside on the patio! I will have to bring friends when they come to visit me in FL!

Although I have tasted cakes from Frida's, this was my first time going there and ordering one to take home. I wanted a Strawberry Shortcake for my son's birthday. There were none in the case but the woman who waited on me, went to the back to check. When she returned, she advised that if I could wait a little bit, they would make one up for me. I am so glad I had a little time so that I could say YES! The cake was absolutely delicious; very light with lots of fruit and not an overwhelming amount of icing or cream. The cake was moist and airy and a delightful surprise! Everyone went back for more! It was slightly more expensive than a Publix cake would have been but definitely worth the small difference in price. While we waited, we treated ourselves to a coffee and a croissant (and strongly recommend both!). What I liked the most was the server's interaction with my adult disabled daughter who was with me- she addressed her and used sign language to communicate with her. It warmed my heart that my daughter was "seen". I wish I had gotten her name for a shout out. Great customer service all around and I will be back. I am sorry it took me so long to get here.

We ordered catering from Frida's for a group of 25 (sandwich platters, salads, fruit tray, and dessert). Everything was amazing and beautifully presented. The group we catered for raved about how good the food was. It was far better than Panera, Publix, etc., and very reasonably priced. They delivered early and provided everything needed, including utensils, plates, salad dressings, etc. They even included their amazing coconut bread and chips. Wonderful experience overall.

An old-style sweet shop with a warm, nostalgic feel, creating some of the most delightful treats, snacks, and meals you can imagine. From sandwiches to pies, cookies, festive treats, and so much more, everything carries a clear sense of care and tradition. The moment you step inside, a long glass case stretches out in front of you, starting with stunningly decorated cakes and leading you toward rows of pastries and a full menu. It’s nearly impossible to walk out without a full package in hand.
I tried a warm pressed sandwich with soft cheese and cherry filling — rich, melty, and comforting. The almond cookie had a soft, crumbly texture with whole nuts adding a lovely crunch. The cinnamon roll was soft and packed with sweet flavor. The apple fritter leaned a little too sugary for my taste, and I wished for more apple in it, yet it still felt freshly made and pleasant overall.
You can relax on the outdoor patio to enjoy your food, and parking is plentiful, making the entire visit smooth and convenient. A wonderful stop for anyone who loves classic treats made with heart.

Fridas is both a great cafe and a great bakery/ and that’s a good combination for enjoying your food, having some food to go and racking up a bill larger than you expected, but happy you did.
My wife got the quiche and I had a muffin, both were great. We also bought an apple fritter and some protein balls to go, and enjoyed those later. None of the teas have free refills, but it is nice to see more options than just soda.
